				St. Louis (June 16, 2005) – Who's that lying on the massage table next to me? Patrons of the Red Mountain Spa in St. George, Utah were doing double takes when they realized that one of their fellow guests at the spa was Jackson, a handsome tabby and favorite feline of the winner of the Purina® Cat Chow® Vitality Sweepstakes. Jackson the cat shared the relaxing experience at this famed resort with his owners, Betty and David Nunnery from Tucson, Arizona.

		The Grand Prize package included round trip airfare, courtesy of United Airlines, to the Red Mountain Spa, which is known for its luxury, hiking and beautiful scenery. Jackson and his owners spent six nights and seven days getting primped and pampered with various spa treatments, including a relaxing massage. The resort also coordinated a full-grooming session and a veterinary check-up and consultation especially for Jackson. "Jackson hasn't had the easiest life," said Betty Nunnery of the cat she adopted from Animal Control a little over a year ago. "A little R&R was exactly what he needed. He's a sweet and playful cat, and we're thrilled to be able to share this once in a lifetime experience with him." An indoor cat, Jackson, like many of his human counterparts, now thinks spa services are the cat's meow. But, when he returns home, both he and his owners recognize the importance of applying some daily pampering to their everyday way of life.
